At times it happens that I start crying over very small matters, but sometimes even over the biggest matter the eye does not become moist. Once it happened that my maternal uncle was going to Saudi Arabia. All the family members were saying farewell to him with moist eyes, but not a single tear fell from my eye. Often I have to feel embarrassed on such occasions. Please kindly favor me with advice. I shall remain grateful to you for my entire life.

After every prayer, recite the complete Surah Hashr and then blow upon yourself. Softness of the heart and tenderness will be created.
