Inferiority Complex

Question:
I suffer from an inferiority complex. I have absolutely no self confidence. When I walk, I feel that my manner of walking is very poor. People look at me and make fun of me. When I speak to someone, the thought remains in my mind that the other person is superior to me. I am a science student in college. When the teacher asks me a question in class or asks for my roll number for attendance, I become extremely nervous. My tongue begins to stutter. My voice does not come out of my throat. Sir Azimi, even the thought of standing in class to answer makes my soul feel as if it collapses. I go out of the house very little. I remain disappointed and depressed all the time.

Answer:
For inferiority complex and nervousness, the color red is very beneficial. The color orange is also used, as it removes anxiety of the heart and brings calmness. Place oranges in a small basket and keep it in the room. Every day, focus your gaze on the oranges for a few minutes.

Along with this, early in the morning as soon as you wake up, stand upright in front of a large mirror and fix your gaze upon your entire body. For two to three minutes, slowly repeat these words within yourself:
“Everything is pleasant and attractive. I am not inferior to anyone. I can do whatever I wish.”

After completing this, walk around the room for a few minutes, then stand again in front of the mirror and repeat the same practice. This practice should be done three times daily. The duration of treatment is at least forty days.
