Answer: One should never lose hope in the mercy of Allah Almighty, because Allah is All Powerful and has complete authority to do whatever He wills whenever He wills. A treatment is being prescribed for you. Act upon it with firm belief and a tranquil heart.
Take one pound of black seeds, the black Nigella seeds that are commonly used in pickles. Wash them with water and dry them in sunlight. Then fill them into a blue glass bottle with an open mouth and close it tightly with a firm cork. The top one fourth of the bottle must remain empty.
At night, before sleeping, perform ablution. Recite one hundred times
“Read in the Name of your Lord Who created. He created man from a clot.”
Then blow upon the black seeds and seal the bottle. In the morning, place the bottle in sunlight in a spot where sunlight remains throughout the day. At night bring it inside again, recite the verses one hundred times once more, blow upon it, and then seal it again and place it back in sunlight the next morning.
Continue this spiritual practice for forty days. After completing the practice, take a pinch of these black seeds every morning on an empty stomach with water. Continue this until the entire pound of black seeds is finished. Before the full quantity is completed, God willing, you will conceive.
