Sadness

Question:
I am a married man, and by the grace of God I have never faced any major grief or worry in my life. Despite this, I remain sad and restless all the time. There is a constant attack of doubts and negative thoughts. I stay lost in meaningless ideas and imaginations. Shadows of fear and anxiety hover over my mind. Because of this mental state, my health has deteriorated so badly that I have become nothing but skin and bones. Please prescribe a method through which I can come out of this deep swamp.

Answer:
Sit in complete solitude and take a white sheet of paper. From one end of the paper to the other, fill the entire sheet with repeated cross marks X. Continue making these marks until the paper is completely covered.
After that, burn the paper.
This is the complete remedy for your condition.
Continue this practice for 41 days.
