Sajdah (Prostration)
Light travels at 186,282 miles per second, circling the earth eight times per second.
When a worshipper places their forehead on the ground, the inner light of the brain connects to the earth, matching that same divine speed.
Excess mental currents ground out, freeing the person from the pull of gravity and aligning them directly with the Creator of the universe.
Spiritual vision is unveiled; the unseen becomes perceivable.
During prostration, as the forehead, nose, hands, knees, and toes touch the ground facing the Qiblah, blood flows toward the brain, nourishing it and awakening telepathic faculties.
Supplication (Dua)
The Prophet ﷺ said:
“When a person is granted the ability to make dua (supplication), it means the doors of mercy have been opened for them.”
“Nothing can change destiny except dua, and nothing increases life except righteousness.”
“Dua is the essence of worship, the weapon of the believer, the pillar of religion, and the light of the heavens and the earth.”
After prayer, one should visualize themselves beneath the Divine Throne, hands raised before the Almighty, who is so Great that even if a hundred thousand wishes are made daily, He has the power to fulfill them all.
Repeated supplication softens the heart; that tenderness flows through tears and Allah cherishes the tears of His servants.
