Man has until now come to know approximately sixty kinds of color. Among them only those with very sharp sight can distinguish. That which his sight perceives, he terms as color, light, gems, and finally more or less as water.
Apart from the question of what heavenly color is, how it is formed, whether it is only imaginary or some reality, in any case man’s sight perceives it and whatever name he gives to it is called heavenly.
When the atmosphere is completely free from dust, the rays of heavenly color change according to their position. By position is meant the atmosphere which man names as height, depth, expanse, and nearness or distance from the earth. These very conditions make heavenly color light, deep, deeper, lighter, until it changes into different colors.
If you come from the horizon towards the earth, you will find countless colored rays of blue. Here the word color can be called a kind. In reality kind is the thing that in our sight is called color. That is, kinds of color are not only color but along with color many other things mixed in the atmosphere bring about change in it. This very thing we intend to express by the name of kind.
In the scene of color that we see, light, oxygen gas, nitrogen gas, and some other gases are also included. Besides these gases some shades are present, light or dense. Some other elements in the same way also enter into heavenly color. These very elements we call different kinds or we give the name of different colors. But we should not forget that among them the light and dense shades hold great importance.
In the atmosphere from which the difference of color appears to us, between sight and horizon, even with a clear sky, much exists.
