Reciting یَامُعِیْدُ (Ya Mu’eedu) is an expiation for one’s previous sins and errors. If a sick person recites Ya Mu’eedu continuously, he will be cured within a few days. If children are lost, it causes the parents great anxiety. Their peace of mind is destroyed, and their nights become sleepless.
When all the people in the house have gone to sleep, at midnight, recite Ya Mu’eedu 70 times and blow on a corner of the house. Carry out this procedure four times in order to blow on all four corners of the house. With the blessings of Allah, the lost children will return home, or their whereabouts will become known.
