Honourable Khawaja Shamsuddin Azeemi mentions in his book 101 Awliya Allah Women:

The Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him) said:
“Die before you die.”

The concept of “Die before you die” is:
While living in this worldly life, gain the knowledge of the life after death.
Once a person acquires this knowledge, the fear of death disappears.

قال النبيُّ الكريم محمّدٌ ﷺ

“مُوتوا قبل أن تموتوا”

ومفهوم “موتوا قبل أن تموتوا” هو أنه
أثناء العيشِ في هذه الحياةِ الدنيا، عليك أن تحصل على علم حياة ما بعد الموت
فمتى ما حصل الإنسانُ على هذا العلم ، زالَ عنه الخوف من الموت
