Take a cotton thread of blue colour equal to seven times the patient’s body length. Fold it to make it short enough that it could be worn around the neck.
Recite the following once and make a knot in the string fold
Repeat the above 20 times more to make 21 knots in total at equal distances in the string. Make the patient wear this knotted string around his neck. Upon recovery of the patient throw this string into a canal, stream or river.
