Recite 41 times.
فَسَوّٰھُنَ سَبْعَ سَمٰواتِ وَالْاَ رْضِ ثُمَّ اسْتَوی عَلَى ٰالْعَرْشِّ
after Isha Prayer blow upon both hands and run them over your face three times. This is required to be done daily for 41 days.
