If a person is overcome by sexual desire and cannot control himself, or if the husband takes interest in other women to fulfil his desires and does not fulfil the rights of his wife, then the following practice is advised:
The one overcome by sexual desire should recite یَامُمِیْتُ (Ya Mumeetu) and fall asleep while reciting it. Alternatively, the wife can recite it 100 times and go to sleep while visualizing her husband.
