One cannot deny the effects of the evil eye. It has different effect on children, boys, girls and even on cattles. If a girl is fallen prey to the evil eye she might not be able to get married. A man might be losing control over his routine affairs due to the affected abilities because of this phenomenon. If the cattle are affected they may stop giving milk or start bleeding instead of milk or the fats grow less in the milk
a) In case of a girl whose marriage is not taking place due to the ill-effects of the evil-eye. The girl or her mother is to recite Surah Fateh (1st surah of the Holy Quran) in such a manner that when you reach to the following verse it is to be repeated 11 times
اِیَاكَ نَعْبُدُ وَ اِیَا كَ نَسْتَعِیْنْ
then complete the recitation of the rest of the surah and blow upon a glass of water.
Thus recite this surah 11-times and blow upon the water 11-times. The girl is to drink this water in three sips. This is to be practiced for 40 days.
b) To deal with other than the marriage problems for treating the bad effects of the evil eye write the following charm and burn it after placing it on the head of the affected person for few minutes. If one charm is not proved enough this can be repeated up to 3-times.
c) In order to nullify the effects of the evil eye from the cattle. Write the above inscription on a piece of odour free wood and put it round the neck of the affected cattle.
