If diagnosis appear to be incorrect due to contradicting symptoms and the patient is reported to be under the evil spirits, in order to confirm this, make the patient sit before you and recite the following incantation in a very peaceful manner 11-times
Blow upon the patient keeping this imagination in mind, that you and the patient both are under the umbrella of Arsh-e-Mualla (The High Throne).
If the patient is under the influence of evil spirits and demons it will become evident when you blow on him. After it is confirmed that the patient is under the spell; to normalise the patient recite 11-times
یَا حَفِیظ
Blow upon him once again. The patient will become normal and you can resolve to treat him for the evil spirits.
