If one is desirous of having a posting of one’s choice. It is required to recite Ayat Al-Kursi 41 times daily after isha Prayer and to pray to God for the desired transfer and posting.
This is to be practiced for 40 days. If for some unavoidable reason a day is missed, continue the counting of the days i.e. 40 days are to be completed anyhow.
